- Open Command prompt by typing "cmd" in run.( ctrl + r)
- Type " netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt " without quotes.[netsh- network shell]
- press enter.
- Restart the computer to take effect.
Another command:
- netsh winsock reset [winsock - windows socket]
