- Start->All Programs->Remote Assistance.

- Or Open help and support from start menu. There u can find like Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance. Click that.

- There are 3 options to invite ur friend..
1) Using Windows Messenger
2) Using E-mail
3) By saving invitation file and send it to ur friend by e-mail or other thing.
- The Best and easy way is 3rd one.
- So we'll follow that.
- In Remote Assistance window, Click "Invite someone to help you".

- Click 3rd option " Save invitation as a file (Advanced) ".

- In next page, you can enter ur name and the invitation expire time. After that time finished, ur friend will be disconnected from accessing ur pc. So select time what u want.
- Then press Continue.
- Here, If u want you can set password for that invitation file.
- If u don't want just uncheck the box "Require the recipient to use a password ".
- Save Invitation.

- By default, invitation will be saved in "My Documents".
- Open ur mail and attach the invitation file with password(if u set) and send it to ur friend.At ur friend's side:
- Download and open the Invitation file.
- Enter the password (If u had set).
- Now a window will open here.
- In the sender's side, A Dialogue box will appear.
- Press YES.
- Now ur friend can only view the sender’s pc screen.

7. Press "Take Control" at top left corner.

- In the sender's side , it will ask to share the computer.
- Press Yes.
- Now ur friend has the total computer control.
And..
- You can chat with ur friend about ur computer or any other thing.

SEND FILE:-
1. At top left corner, there will be a "Send a file" button.
2. Click that button browse the file and send.
TALK:-
- And u can talk to ur friend by pressing "Start talking".
